Your Address List

Addresses within the UK & NI are handled differently by mailing couriers to those that go to the EU.
We have therefore provided 2 separate downloads to meet those different requirements. If your addresses are to both the UK & NI and EU then please download both address spreadsheets and fill in appropriately.

Please Note:

Please ensure all information is correctly completed to avoid delays in your gifts arriving with recipients. Any incomplete/incorrectly completed spreadsheets will unfortunately be rejected and returned to be rectified, and this may cause a delay in achieving the requested despatch date.
Incorrect addresses which are supplied and result in diverted or failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
Address lists MUST be supplied a minimum of 10 days prior to despatch for advance orders or at point of order for express delivery orders.
If there are any address changes prior to your order going into production, the revised spreadsheet must be resubmitted to us in full.
Once an order has moved to production, we are unable to amend addresses and any changes will incur a redirection fee.
