Complex Logistics for Care Home Christmas Gifts
A large care home group needed to manage Christmas gifts for staff and residents across several locations.
They needed a supplier who could handle a high volume of individual requirements and complex delivery logistics for their care home Christmas Gifts.
The Challenge
The project had two big problems to solve:

Staff had a detailed list of dietaries. We had to make sure every vegan, gluten free, and nut free option was 100% right.

Resident gifts were even more complex. We had to provide three different types of treats for people in residential, dementia, and nursing care.
The Solution
We built a plan to handle all the variables for their Christmas deliveries.
- We used the client data to make sure every staff member got a gift they could actually eat. This removed the risk of someone being left out.
- We picked gifts that met the safety needs for residents in every category.
- We ensured bulk deliveries were made to each home on time and in perfect condition.
The Result
We took over the shopping and the wrapping for hundreds of gifts. This gave the care team their time back during one of the busiest motnhs of the year for them. Instead of messing around with wrapping paper and sellotape, the staff stayed focused on looking after their residents, and loved their own staff hamper they recieved too!
