When you are tasked with the festive reward campaign, ensuring everyone feels included is usually the biggest headache. It is easy to find a festive hamper that looks great, but it becomes a major challenge when you have to make sure the contents fit for multiple dietary requirements.
At Cocoon Corporate, we handle this differently to other companies. We have 2 different methods for ensuring everyone is catered for:
- We select the contents of the gifts to cover all dietary restrictions you require. This way everyone gets the exact same hamper, and nobody feels short changed.
- We offer a range of different versions of your preferred hamper to suit each dietary restriction. Contents in your choice of hamper which do not fit the restrictions are swapped out for suitable like for like dietary friendly alternatives. This way means you don’t have to compromise on your preferred contents.
We do not guess or rely on generic labels. Our internal inventory uses strict data codes for every single treat. If a pack is marked as vegan or gluten free, it means every individual item has been cross referenced against our strict system data.
For teams based in a central office, we scale our packing process up to create large sharing hampers. These are built using the exact same strict dietary separation rules, meaning your vegan, vegetarian, nut free, gluten free or dairy free staff can dive into the office treats safely. We can either produce sharing hampers which have all contents fitting the dietary restrictions, or we can include a wide range of treats in the hampers to suit a wide variety of diets, meaning everyone has a choice of items to enjoy, whatever their diet.
