Founder Olly embarked on his adventure as an enthusiastic olive lover, determined to revolutionise the olive scene with exciting new flavours and vibrant character. He started experimenting with marinating olives in the kitchen, much to his parents’ surprise, and soon began selling them at local farmers markets. The enthusiastic response encouraged him to pivot from a medical career to fully immerse himself in the olive industry. Central to Olly’s snack creations is a steadfast dedication to providing an outstanding taste experience, as a snack truly excels when it is packed with flavour and delightful taste.
One feeds two
Olly’s take great pride in partnering with the wonderful charity One Feeds Two, which helps provide school meals to underprivileged children globally.
