Your Address List

Addresses within the UK & NI are handled differently by mailing couriers to those that go to the EU.
Below is a link to our address sheet template for you to download and use.

Please Note:

• Please ensure all information is correctly completed to avoid delays in your gifts arriving with recipients. Any incomplete/incorrectly completed spreadsheets will unfortunately be rejected and returned to be rectified, and this may cause a delay in achieving the requested despatch date.
• Incorrect addresses which are supplied and result in diverted or failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge.
• Address lists MUST be supplied a minimum of 10 days prior to despatch for advance orders or at point of order for express delivery orders.
• If there are any address changes prior to your order going into production, the revised spreadsheet must be resubmitted to us in full.
• Once an order has moved to production, we are unable to amend addresses and any changes will incur a redirection fee.
