A Note from our Founders

Established in 2006, our female led family award-winning business has thrived. We have embraced change in that time and are currently working to obtain our B Corp certification and being carbon neutral in 2024.

Our Team
We employ locally from a wide age group and backgrounds, providing home working for any further afield. We provide many benefits including a living wage; financial rewards; promotions; training; healthcare and flexible hours. We have a low turnover and have a family orientated team with siblings, parent/child and spouses working together. Many car share and during the summer we operate summer hours. 

Local Community
We sponsor Northamptonshire Carers' Shining Star award that goes towards the creation of a young carer’s mentoring service.  Our team are able to take paid days off to volunteer. Two also ran the London Marathon for the Carers Trust.

The Environment
From our signature low carbon footprint hamper boxes which are made from recycled materials and fully recyclable, introduced over 10 years ago, to working closely with suppliers who actively pursue environmental process changes we are committed to doing what we can to help protect it. Waste cardboard is shredded on site to use for packaging (saving approx  2 tonnes pa).

Our Suppliers
We work only with suppliers that offer fair wage and working conditions. We vet, audit and talk to them to ensure that we have the best tasting produce, and that they believe in the same values and have people and the community at the heart of their business.

Food Waste
We try to eliminate food waste by buying to order. We donate any that we do have to the Local Food Bank  (approx. 3-4 pallets pa).  We also have Waste Not Want Not #FightFoodWaste boxes available on our website which are popular with clients wanting great products whilst promoting a great message to the recipients.
