In a recent customer survey (February 2023) we were delighted with some of the stats we saw:

  100% of respondents were Happy or Very Happy with our overall performance
   96% of respondents were Happy or Very Happy with the product value and quality
  100% would recommend us to others and purchase from us again

Alex is always so helpful and accommodating whenever I place an order. He always offers a great variety of products and is extremely efficient.

Fantastic service from the initial enquiry to the delivery of the products. The staff dealing with my request were helpful, professional and friendly. The products arrived in time for our event and we have even planned in future events with Cocoon.

I found the whole thing easy and simple. From the initial e-mail explaining what we want and being provided the spreadsheet etc. I found it all very easy to deal with.

Incredibly easy to order, great customer support and delivery to off-site venue. Good quality products too.

Everyone that we arranged Christmas gifts for (all homeworkers in our department) were extremely happy with their presents!

Faultless service from start to finish. Great support when needed and my questions were answered almost immediately. I ordered 79 hampers that were delivered when promised and the quality of product and packaging was excellent.

Louise and the team are simply amazing and they always go above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met. The new starters are always raving about how wonderful their welcome packages are. A great, hardworking team!

It was a very easy process and would definitely choose to buy from you again.

The hampers were great value for money and I'll definitely be buying them for my team Christmas presents this year.

We did have one delivery which arrived late, but overall happy with the service and will use again. One thing to consider you use pink jiffy bag to send out biscuits, material isn't environmental, more eco-friendly packaging would be better.

We had to get a credit note for a missing item from the boxes and then damaged boxes. But the quality of the contents was good and staff were happy.

Only issue was no warning of the intended delivery date.

Unfortunately one of the parcels arrived smashed up after several delivery attempts. This was not Cocoon Corporate's fault (rather the couriers) however part of the whole experience. I was so grateful to how helpful the team were in resolving this!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your support with the hampers. I know we were back and forth a lot! But all your staff were helpful, pleasant and very patient!
